Here's what usually happens ...
We have a chat either via email or on a phonecall.
I need to know more about your business, your product, your audience and your sales goals. If you prefer to talk on the phone, we can arrange a good time to speak. A discovery call is a great way to understand if we would work well together. Some people prefer email or messaging. Thats fine for me too.
After our chat I will send you a briefing questionnaire for you to fill in. Alternately we can tee up a phone call where I will ask you a bunch of questions. Then I will send you through a proposal within 24 hours. If the proposal looks good, I will invoice you the first installment which is usually 50% of the job.If the job is under 100 € I’ll invoice you straight away for the full amount.
Once the first draft is ready, I will email you in Google docs. You can review and mark down any thing you would like me to change.
I can revise the text twice for free - any changes after that will be charged at an hourly fee.
When the work is finished, I will send you the invoice for the rest of the payment.
